This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for subscription payments made to Hamro Digital for our online store-building plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to this policy.
1. Free Starter Plan
Our Starter plan is free forever. No payment is required, so no refund is necessary.
2. Free Trial
Paid plans may include a free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period and can cancel any time before it ends to avoid being billed.
3. Subscription Refunds
- Monthly plans — if you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first payment on a new subscription.
- Annual plans — you may request a refund within 14 days of your first annual payment.
- Renewals — renewal payments are non-refundable. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your billing date.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom domain registration or renewal fees (these are paid to third-party registrars).
- One-time setup fees, add-ons, and professional services that have already been delivered.
- Transaction or gateway fees charged by payment providers.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, including your invoice or transaction details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment gateway, it may take 7–14 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
7. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we will work quickly to resolve it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
